Mirakl is seeking a Project Manager Intern to join its Customer Support team within the Customer Success Consulting department. This team is pivotal in managing technical and functional requests from marketplace users and the Mirakl Connect platform, ensuring efficient escalation of incidents and product enhancement requests. The intern will contribute to continuous improvements in Mirakl's documentation, optimization of internal client management processes, and overall enhancement of Mirakl's solutions. This is a 6-month internship starting in July 2026, based in Bordeaux, France.

The intern will drive optimization projects for internal support tools by implementing automation, creating dashboards, and monitoring the effectiveness of new tools such as bots, SAP migration, and Mailchimp collections. They will lead and support internal change management initiatives, including launching and tracking expertise topics within Support, implementing new shift management routines, portal account deactivation processes, and external SSO projects. Additionally, the intern will plan and organize team events, including monthly global team-building activities and team dinners, and coordinate cross-team initiatives through meeting planning, organization, and event logistics.

Candidates should be currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university, business school, or political science institute (IEP) and seeking a 6-month internship starting in July 2026 in Bordeaux. An autonomous working style with strong collaborative skills in team environments is essential. The ability to meet deadlines and effectively execute operational and project-based missions is required. A strong interest in e-commerce and Mirakl's industry is preferred. Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate easily in both languages, is necessary. Knowledge of programming languages and/or experience using APIs is a plus.
