Project Manager IV
CannonDesign is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead and manage complex projects within our Central Region, encompassing offices in St. Louis, MO, Houston, TX, and Dallas, TX. This role involves providing project management within an office or market, team leadership, mentoring, advancing the quality of our work, integrating our range of design services, managing our processes, and delivering solid financial performance.
As a Project Manager IV, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and nurturing successful partnering relationships with clients, ensuring positive client relations throughout the project lifecycle, and communicating design, construction, and other issues to clients effectively. You will also lead project teams to develop project goals and work plans, manage design and documentation processes, and implement risk management plans. Additionally, you will collaborate effectively with all team members, manage and coordinate workload, and provide leadership of team activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a relevant field, with a minimum of 8 years of related experience. Prior experience on healthcare projects is strongly preferred. Current licensure or registration in the United States is preferred, as is LEED accreditation. Strong verbal and written communication skills, business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical abilities are essential. Proficiency with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, and Bluebeam is required.
The salary range for this position is $97,400 to $121,800 annually. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
