Project Manager/ teamlead Milieu
Eurofins is a global leader in life sciences and laboratory analyses, dedicated to contributing to a cleaner and safer world. Within our environmental division, we conduct chemical, physical, and biological analyses on water, soil, and more, providing crucial insights to proactively address environmental challenges. We are seeking a Project Manager/Team Leader to drive process improvement and efficiency within our customer service team.
In this role, you will analyze existing processes such as quote requests, sample handling, reporting, and invoicing, and implement improvement initiatives focusing on automation, standardization, and lean solutions. You will develop strategic plans for both short- and long-term improvements, monitor projects, and make necessary adjustments. Leading a team of approximately 10 individuals, you will serve as a coach and mentor, ensuring clear KPIs and conducting regular one-on-one meetings.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within B2B, chemical, or environmental sectors. A higher degree in a scientific discipline is required. Strong experience with process thinking, workflow analyses, and change management is essential, with affinity for Lean or Operational Excellence being a plus. Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, analytical decision-making skills, and a coaching leadership style are also important. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
