Project Manager
WPP Media is seeking a Project Manager to oversee analytics projects across multiple clients. This role involves planning and resource management to ensure effective project delivery, identifying and addressing pressure points, and maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and clients. The Project Manager will report to a Director or higher within the Client Team.
Key responsibilities include designing and managing project plans, ensuring smooth execution of multiple projects simultaneously, and maintaining adherence to established processes. The Project Manager will also be responsible for organizing meetings with internal teams and client stakeholders, developing and implementing improved processes, and coordinating content creation for key client and team events. Additionally, the role involves overseeing resource management to ensure timely project delivery and managing billing processes in collaboration with the Senior Commercial Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, particularly within analytics or related fields. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. Excellent communication skills are required to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is also necessary.
