As a Project Manager (m/w/d) in Production & Logistics at AUTOHERO, you will play a pivotal role in driving key projects at our Wolkersdorf location. AUTOHERO, part of the AUTO1 Group, is an innovative online car dealership offering customers a convenient and secure way to purchase high-quality used vehicles. Our inventory consists exclusively of inspected, accident-free used cars sold with a warranty and return policy.
In this role, you will independently plan, manage, and monitor projects in the production and logistics sectors. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and optimizing claims processes, overseeing site expansions and the opening of new logistics centers, controlling and optimizing costs, and further developing and enhancing the logistics center in Wolkersdorf. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal departments and external partners, ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, identify and implement process improvements, prepare and lead meetings and workshops, and regularly report to the department leadership and management.
The ideal candidate holds a completed degree in economics (university, FH, WU; e.g., in industrial engineering, logistics, production, or similar) and has at least 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in a production or logistics environment. Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and excellent written and spoken German and English are essential. A passion for taking responsibility and driving projects forward, as well as a willingness to travel within Wolkersdorf and the surrounding area as required by projects, are also important. The ability to prioritize effectively and remain composed during high-pressure periods is crucial.
