Promotor Retail

Vana, a leading fintech company in Guatemala, is seeking a Promotor Retail to join their Vana Pay – Comercial team. This role focuses on enhancing the adoption of Vana's payment methods within assigned retail stores, contributing to the company's mission of facilitating access to financial products through technology.

The Promotor Retail will be responsible for training both sales staff and end customers, conducting in-store activations to promote the use of Vana's payment solutions. Key duties include managing assigned stores, executing operational tasks, and maintaining accurate reporting to ensure transaction targets are met.

Candidates should be in their third year of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in roles such as Promoter, Sales Representative, Trade Marketing, or retail point-of-sale support is required. Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, Office Suite, Google applications) and a results-oriented mindset are essential. Strong interpersonal skills, proactivity, and autonomy are also valued.
