Property Manager (d/m/w)
As a Property Manager at AUTO1 Group, you will be an integral part of the Real Estate Team, responsible for managing the real estate portfolio within the WKDA Real Estate & Procurement Department. This department supports the operational activities across all AUTO1 Group locations. WKDA, with over 600 branches across Europe, is part of AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform, offering unique services for private vehicle owners to sell their used cars seamlessly.
In this role, you will oversee all current contracts for our branches, including lease and ancillary cost agreements, ensuring timely renewals, negotiations, and adjustments. You will actively identify cost-saving opportunities in ongoing rental and ancillary expenses to maintain optimal pricing. Additionally, you will monitor and control expenditures of assigned cost centers, conduct annual reviews of operating cost statements to prevent overcharges by landlords, and coordinate responses to inquiries or requirements from authorities or landlords regarding building maintenance, construction work, and branding. Maintaining and updating all location data, such as contract durations, exit clauses, and floor plans, will also be part of your responsibilities, along with building and maintaining sustainable relationships with landlords and utility companies. Furthermore, you will coordinate branch openings, relocations, and closures, including initiating necessary orders and services.
The ideal candidate will have completed training as a real estate agent or possess a comparable qualification, with at least three years of practical experience in property management, particularly focusing on contracts, billing, and finances. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach to tasks. Proficiency in German at a C1 level is required.
