This role serves as the primary liaison between the firm and various medical providers, ensuring positive relationships and addressing complex issues related to client requirements and lien resolutions. The coordinator collaborates with cross-functional departments to support the firm's mission of advocating for consumer rights.

Key responsibilities include identifying and addressing service offering gaps, developing best practice strategies for the assigned territory, and partnering with departments such as Marketing, Futures, and Client Advocacy to develop solutions for strategic business needs. The coordinator provides ongoing communication with medical providers, manages lien resolutions by reviewing and negotiating medical liens per attorney direction, and maintains accurate provider-related data. Additionally, the role involves traveling to multiple facilities to build relationships with medical staff and acting as the principal liaison between internal departments and healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communication, or a related field, along with three years of relevant experience, preferably in a personal injury law firm setting. Expertise in medical lien resolution is essential, as well as a background in sales or marketing with a focus on consultative selling and healthcare experience. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required. The role also demands excellent communication skills and the ability to travel up to 75% as needed.

Morgan & Morgan offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 per year for this position.
