QA Group Leader: Medical Device Testing

The QA Group Leader: Medical Device Testing at Eurofins is responsible for leading a team dedicated to ensuring the quality and compliance of medical device testing processes. This role involves overseeing laboratory activities, coordinating with various departments, and upholding Eurofins' commitment to delivering accurate and timely data to clients.

Key responsibilities include delegating tasks and project ownership to team members, providing constructive feedback, and fostering employee development through cross-training and skill enhancement. The leader is also tasked with coaching direct reports, promoting continuous improvement, and collaborating with technical and support departments to meet client needs effectively.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering with at least two years of laboratory experience, or a minimum of four years of high-level laboratory experience without a degree. Familiarity with GMP and Medical Device Quality Systems (21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485), as well as knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, is essential. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are also required.
