QA Lead, Textile (China)

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a QA Lead for its textile division in China. This role involves collaborating with the Regional QA/QC team and vendors to enhance quality standards and processes, ensuring compliance with O5 quality standards and brand requirements. The position reports directly to the International QA Director and requires frequent travel.

Key responsibilities include reviewing all O5 orders and work-in-progress to plan travel schedules, assessing factory capabilities, and reporting findings to the New Year Team and Quality Director. The QA Lead will communicate with vendors and factories to improve production processes, analyze inspection data to develop improvement plans, and provide technical advice on process control and quality enhancement during factory visits. Additionally, the role involves managing key production programs, investigating quality issues, and ensuring timely communication with all O5 teams.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of solid QA experience in multinational brands or vendors, particularly in the textile sector. Experience working with leading US retailers such as Costco, Sam's, Walmart, and Target is essential. The role requires the ability to travel up to 80% of the time and fluency in both English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
