ClearScore Technology Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Reviewer for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Manchester, England. This role is integral to the Secured Lending team, focusing on ensuring that customer interactions and processes align with internal policies and regulatory standards. The position offers a hybrid working model, with two days in the office and three days working from home each week.

As a QA Reviewer, your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive quality assurance reviews of secured lending applications. This involves assessing advice, credit evaluations, affordability checks, and compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations to ensure that customers receive suitable, sustainable, and affordable outcomes. You will maintain accurate records of QA checks, prepare detailed reports on findings, and collaborate with senior management to implement process improvements that enhance business efficiency and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within the secured lending or financial services sector, with a strong understanding of FCA regulations related to consumer credit. Excellent analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality assurance tools or software are also required.

Compensation for this role includes a salary range of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum.
