ClearScore is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join its Finance, Legal, and Regulatory team. This role involves providing expert advice on compliance matters to support the development of innovative products, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and internal policies. The position is based in London, England, United Kingdom.

The Senior Compliance Manager will be responsible for engaging with various departments to offer guidance on complex compliance topics, both domestically and internationally. Key duties include investigating and monitoring compliance issues, responding to instances of non-compliance, and keeping abreast of relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves training employees on compliance matters, collaborating with other departments to foster a culture of compliance, and leading administrative tasks such as policy writing and process creation.

Candidates should have over three years of compliance experience within an FCA-regulated business, with a strong understanding of the FCA Handbook, particularly the Consumer Credit sourcebook (CONC). Experience in fast-paced environments like FinTech is desirable, as the role requires autonomy and the ability to work efficiently. An analytical mindset, proactive stakeholder management skills, and a willingness to expand knowledge into additional areas of regulatory compliance are essential.
