Quality Assurance Senior Team Lead - AML

As the Quality Assurance Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the QA strategy within the AML domain. Your duties will include leading a high-performing team, managing operational performance, sharing expertise in AML policies, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. You will also oversee the creation of test scripts, scorecards, and sampling methodologies to ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of leadership experience in operations or compliance, with at least two years managing a team of 20-40 individuals. A minimum of three years' experience in AML within the financial services sector is essential. Advanced knowledge of AML laws and global regulatory frameworks is required, along with strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements. Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate complex topics effectively are also necessary.
