The Quality Conformity Engineer will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality assurance measures across the serial production of unmanned aerial vehicles and electronic assemblies. Key responsibilities include defining, monitoring, and optimizing quality processes, inspection plans, and control points. The role also involves analyzing production data to identify trends, conducting root cause analyses, and recommending process improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry, is required. Proficiency with CAD software for designing and modifying parts and assemblies, as well as a strong understanding of aerospace materials and processes, including composite materials and CNC machinery, are essential. Knowledge of quality control standards, statistical process control, and inspection techniques is also necessary.
