Quality Inspector - Production Quality

This role is integral to ensuring the highest quality standards in the manufacturing of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and electronic assemblies.

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections across all stages of UAV production, from incoming goods to final testing and acceptance. Key duties include defining and optimizing quality processes, developing inspection plans, analyzing production data to identify root causes of defects, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications.

Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Several years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing, preferably within the aerospace, electronics, or high-tech sectors, is required. Proficiency in quality methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma is essential, along with experience in testing and measurement techniques for electronic and mechanical components. Strong communication skills in English and German are also necessary.
