As a Vehicle Coordinator/Office Assistant (d/m/w) at Auto1, you will join the Customer Delivery Team, playing a pivotal role in managing daily operations and ensuring the quality of our vehicle fleet and the delivery of premium vehicles for our Autohero Retail Department. Autohero is an innovative online shop for certified used cars and a part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading platform for automotive trade.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless service process. Your responsibilities will include conducting vehicle handovers using digital protocols, preparing vehicles for processing to maintain smooth operations, performing quality checks on customer vehicles to support our vehicle appraisers, and handling general administrative tasks while serving as a liaison for other departments at the location.

The ideal candidate possesses a coordinated, structured, and independent working style, with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. While prior experience as a fleet employee is advantageous, we also welcome career changers from the gastronomy, hospitality, and retail sectors. Initial experience in sales, purchasing, or service within the automotive sector is a plus. Proficiency in German, familiarity with Google Sheets, Word, and Excel, and a valid Class B driver's license are required.
