The role of Quereinsteiger Fahrzeugkoordinator/ Bürokraft (d/m/w) at Auto1 involves joining the Customer Delivery Team, where you will be responsible for daily operations and ensuring the quality of the vehicle fleet and the delivery of premium vehicles within the Autohero Retail Department. Key responsibilities include acting as a host by managing customer interactions and ensuring a flawless service process. You will conduct vehicle handovers using a digital protocol, prepare vehicles for processing to ensure smooth workflow, perform quality control checks on customer vehicles to support vehicle appraisers, and handle general administrative tasks while serving as a point of contact for other departments at the location.
The ideal candidate should have initial experience as a fleet employee; however, career changers from the gastronomy, hotel, and retail sectors are also welcome. Experience in sales, purchasing, and/or service in the automotive sector is a plus. A coordinated, structured, and independent working style is essential, along with strong communication skills and customer orientation, always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Resilience, initiative, and strong team player qualities are also important. Fluent German language skills, initial experience with Google Sheets, Word, and Excel, as well as a Class B driver's license, are required.
