Recruiter II
Braze is seeking a Recruiter II to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling our organization by identifying and attracting top talent across various departments. As a key member of the recruiting team, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process that aligns with Braze's growth objectives.
The Recruiter II will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates. You will develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the technology industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and familiarity with various sourcing techniques are also required.
