Senior Manager, Technical Partner Solutions
Braze is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Partner Solutions to lead the strategic direction and evolution of its technical engagement with Technology (ISV) and Delivery Partners. This role involves scaling the ISV function, focusing on high-value technical partnerships, and building a scalable support framework for complex customer use cases developed by Delivery Partners.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Partnerships to define ISV prioritization, executing ISV strategy aligned with broader business goals, and strengthening cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships. The role also involves overseeing program scalability, managing tools and processes such as an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), and demonstrating a data-oriented approach to define and track technical partner KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience in technical partner management, solutions engineering, partner engineering, or ISV program management at a SaaS or MarTech company, with at least 3+ years in a leadership capacity. Deep technical fluency in APIs, data integration patterns, and data infrastructure tools is essential. Operational excellence, strategic and cross-functional leadership, and commercial instinct are also key qualifications.
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $110,000 and $182,000 per year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $129,000 and $214,000 per year, including bonus or commission. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs), ensuring employees have a stake in the company's success.
