Recruiter

Workstream is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its Philippine Recruiting team. This role is integral to the company's global talent strategy, focusing on sourcing top talent for its dynamic startup culture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting exceptional individuals with Workstream's innovative environment and aligned with its mission.

The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including reviewing and analyzing resumes using the Greenhouse ATS, proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, and developing creative sourcing strategies. Responsibilities also encompass conducting comprehensive interviews, managing positions across multiple teams, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience, staying updated on industry trends, and monitoring recruitment metrics to enhance processes.

Candidates should have at least one year of recruitment experience, proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms, exceptional communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Adaptability to changing priorities, a collaborative mindset, high ethical standards, and prior experience recruiting for sales positions within a tech company are also required.
