ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Recruiting Associate to help us deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining a fast moving hiring process that remains organized and efficient. This is a critical role in supporting the growth of our dedicated team. You will help review candidates, coordinate interviews, manage communication with candidates and hiring managers, and keep our hiring process running smoothly. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on more ownership across the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and pipeline building to partnering directly with hiring managers on strategy. Our ideal candidate has an extremely high attention to detail, a strong sense of pride in the quality of their work, and excellent communication skills. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands the rapid pace of a startup environment, wants to develop their recruiting craft, and is eager to grow into a full recruiting role alongside Beacon AI.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Own the day-to-day coordination of Beacon’s hiring process, including candidate communication, scheduling, interview logistics, and ATS management, while ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience

- Keep recruiting operations optimized and organized by maintaining data accuracy, process hygiene, and strong coordination across candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
