We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Technology) to join our team in Hong Kong. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment focused on emerging technologies and innovative recruitment strategies.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical roles within the organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and engaging with passive candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and hiring timelines. Additionally, you will utilize CRM and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain comprehensive databases.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with over three years of experience in a 360-degree recruitment agency role. Experience in recruiting for emerging technology sectors such as AI, Blockchain, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and semiconductors is essential. Familiarity with industry developments and trends, as well as strong knowledge of CRM and recruitment platforms, will be advantageous. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
