The Regional Business Manager at Eurofins is responsible for driving sales and support initiatives within the Phoenix, AZ; Las Vegas, NV; and San Diego, CA territories. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining customer relationships to support the company's objectives in providing analytical testing services across various industries.

Key responsibilities include representing and promoting the company's products and mission, maintaining and growing business within the assigned territory, and developing customer accounts. The manager will establish leads, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth communication between customers and company management. Additionally, the role involves coordinating resources for efficient customer experiences, conducting product presentations, and managing customer reporting and CRM data.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in biological science or a related field, with at least three years of experience in a similar position. Experience in diagnostic and capital equipment sales is required, while prior experience in the medical service or medical products industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is also necessary.
