Wolt is seeking a Regional CRM Lead for the North Region, encompassing countries in Northern Europe, to define and execute customer relationship management strategies. This pivotal role involves leading innovative programs aimed at enhancing customer lifetime value and retention through advanced CRM practices. The position reports directly to the Director of CRM and offers an opportunity to influence customer engagement across diverse markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-centric initiatives that translate business objectives into actionable, data-driven campaigns and customer journeys. Collaboration with local marketing teams is essential to align on a unified roadmap and shared priorities. You will lead the execution of sophisticated, multi-channel CRM communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and emerging channels, optimizing for engagement, retention, and subscription growth. Additionally, you will integrate CRM initiatives with broader marketing, product, and design roadmaps to create seamless and impactful customer experiences. Monitoring campaign performance and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership will be key components of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of progressive experience in loyalty program management, CRM strategy, or customer engagement roles, with a proven track record in a senior capacity. Experience within B2C sectors, particularly in tech, e-commerce, or similar industries, is preferred, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global organization. Proficiency in designing, launching, and optimizing complex, multi-channel subscription programs is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, are crucial. Experience with CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, CleverTap, or Leanplum is advantageous.
