Regional Engagement Specialist
The Regional Engagement Specialist at Wellhub plays a pivotal role in bridging the company's mission with its diverse client base. As part of the Wellbeing Engagement team, this position focuses on planning and supporting clients and local teams in selecting the most effective communication strategies tailored to various organizational contexts. Wellhub, formerly known as Gympass, is a corporate wellness platform that connects employees worldwide to top-tier partners in fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep, all within a single subscription.
Key responsibilities include supporting and training local Client Success teams in developing client engagement and wellbeing communication plans. The specialist will devise strategies to enhance market reach through HR communication channels, customized to each client's profile. Additionally, the role involves understanding and mapping HR wellness strategies across different company sizes, sectors, and audiences to build individualized and scalable wellbeing programs. Engaging clients through exclusive plans and scalable methods, as well as monitoring and controlling the results of these plans and client portfolios, are also essential duties.
Candidates should possess 3-5 years of proven experience in related positions and demonstrate advanced proficiency in English. Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously are crucial. A results-oriented and innovative mindset, with a focus on scalable solutions, is highly valued. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, along with adaptability to changing environments, are essential for success in this role.
