Regional Manager

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple properties within a designated region. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring financial performance, and leading a team of property managers. The Regional Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and collaborate with various departments to achieve company objectives.

Key responsibilities include supervising property managers, conducting regular property inspections, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and fostering positive relationships with residents and clients.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in property management, including supervisory roles. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as well as proficiency in property management software and a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
