The Regional Operations Coordinator at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. plays a pivotal role in supporting the Workers’ Compensation Department by ensuring that case staff and attorneys are well-trained, adhere to best practices, and meet performance expectations. This position is tactical and people-focused, emphasizing training, auditing, and coaching to maintain high operational standards.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular audits of case files and performance dashboards to identify gaps in adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs). The coordinator oversees and develops litigation staff across various markets, focusing on driving their performance in alignment with team objectives and overarching business goals. Additionally, the role involves delivering onboarding and ongoing training to case staff and attorneys, collaborating with the Learning & Development team to reinforce best practices and operational standards. Addressing underperformance by diagnosing issues and providing coaching or escalation paths is also a critical aspect of this role. The coordinator serves as a regional liaison, ensuring that local nuances are accounted for in training and operations, and collaborates with the Enablement Manager and Operations Leader to implement new processes and track adoption.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in legal operations, training, or case management, preferably within Workers’ Compensation. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills are essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for process improvement and accountability are also required. The role demands adaptability, curiosity, and creative problem-solving abilities in an evolving environment, with the capacity to manage complexity while maintaining balance. Comfort with independent work is necessary.
