Regional Sales Manager

Eurofins Assurance India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage a regional sales team focused on consumer product assurances. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and maintain Eurofins' position as a leader in certification, audit, and inspection services across various sectors, including food, cosmetics, consumer products, and healthcare.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring sales managers or representatives, ensuring they possess strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques. Key duties include analyzing regional sales data to identify areas for improvement, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at retail partners and distributors, and negotiating contracts to secure new business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves developing and delivering impactful sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of consumer product assurances to potential clients.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the consumer product assurances industry. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams to achieve regional growth objectives is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and organizational abilities are also required.
