The Relationship Manager acts as a conduit for capturing partner feedback, delivering data-driven insights to influence the product roadmap, and ensuring platform evolution aligns with high-value commercial opportunities. Additionally, the role involves cultivating robust relationships with assigned partners, serving as their primary point of contact, and collaborating closely with internal teams to develop cohesive strategies that prioritize partner success and drive revenue growth.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in customer success management, account management, or similar customer-facing roles within the financial technology industry. Proficiency in program management and the ability to adapt to new technologies are essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong time management abilities, and a client-centric mindset are required. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, along with problem-solving skills and attention to detail, are also important. Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is considered a plus.
