Release Analyst

The Release Analyst at SRS Acquiom is responsible for managing the post-closing phase of M&A transactions, ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of funds to shareholders. This role involves handling multiple releases simultaneously, interpreting complex financial data, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Key responsibilities include tracking each deal through its phases, reviewing and interpreting capitalization tables and financial models, coordinating with teams such as Compliance, Client Services, Payments, and banking partners, maintaining accurate records in NetSuite, and providing clear communication to clients and colleagues.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, advanced Excel skills including proficiency with formulas and pivot tables, strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects, the capacity to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid environment, and meticulous attention to detail when handling financial data. Experience in a client-facing or professional service environment is advantageous.

The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000, depending on experience level.
