Restaurant Listing Team Lead
Wolt is seeking a Restaurant Listing Team Lead to oversee the local Restaurant Listing Team in Germany. This role involves leading a team, managing the end-to-end menu creation process, and driving projects to ensure merchants have optimal digital storefronts on the Wolt platform. Wolt is a technology company that delivers a wide range of products and services across over 500 cities in 30 countries.
As the Restaurant Listing Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and motivating the local Restaurant Listing team, organizing workflows to ensure team members are well-supported and high-performing. You will oversee the end-to-end menu creation and editing process, ensuring fast, SLA-driven merchant onboarding while maintaining Wolt’s high aesthetic and data accuracy standards. Additionally, you will drive content strategy and optimization, ensuring listings adhere to EU LMIV standards, and lead projects aimed at improving efficiency and quality within the menu management and onboarding lifecycle. Collaboration with Account Management, Sales, Onboarding, Vendor Management, and Product teams is essential to present the best possible offering on the platform.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operations management, content management, or a related field, with strong leadership skills and a track record of managing and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of food information regulations (e.g., EU LMIV standards) are essential. A strong interest in digital aesthetics and user experience regarding menu presentation, along with the ability to drive projects and implement automations to enhance operational efficiency, is also required. Proficiency in using tools like Google Sheets, Looker, or similar BI tools to monitor performance and extract actionable insights is beneficial.
