The Restaurant Promotions Specialist at Wolt plays a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and appeal of restaurant partners through strategic promotional campaigns. Operating within Wolt's dynamic Restaurant team in Israel, this position focuses on the seamless execution and coordination of restaurant affordability and promotional initiatives across the platform. Wolt, a leading technology company, has expanded from delivering restaurant food to offering a wide range of services in over 1,000 cities across 30+ countries.

In this role, the specialist collaborates closely with Marketing and commercial teams to ensure the successful launch and management of promotional campaigns. Key responsibilities include coordinating the setup and execution of restaurant promotional campaigns, supporting campaign planning and operational follow-up, building and maintaining campaign tracking boards and workflows, monitoring campaign readiness across various cities and restaurant selections, and communicating campaign-related updates to internal teams and restaurant partners. Additionally, the specialist monitors campaign performance through dashboards and reporting tools, shares insights with relevant stakeholders, troubleshoots operational or technical issues related to campaign execution, tracks timelines and tasks to ensure timely campaign launches, and provides operational support for strategic team initiatives and process improvement projects.

Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, campaign support, or similar roles. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and comfort with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets are essential. Experience with reporting tools like Looker and project management platforms such as is advantageous. A high attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a strong advantage, and fluency in Hebrew with good English skills is required.
