Key responsibilities include entering and verifying client and plan information in internal systems, configuring plan details based on client documentation, and communicating with clients to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies. The associate will collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, operations, and client service to support a seamless onboarding process. Additionally, the role involves tracking onboarding progress, reviewing documentation to ensure alignment with client needs and internal standards, and maintaining organized records related to onboarding activities.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with 1–3 years of experience in operations, financial services, benefits administration, or a related field preferred.
