The Retirement Plan Administrator at SI Group, a Strongpoint Partner, plays a pivotal role within the Client Services Team, focusing on plan design, compliance, and client relations. In this role, the administrator manages the end-to-end administration of a portfolio of retirement plans, including plan design, compliance testing, and client service. Responsibilities encompass guiding other plan administrators, initiating process improvements, providing strategic guidance, and efficiently utilizing technology to perform duties. The position also involves attending staff meetings and trainings, maintaining a collaborative team approach, and overseeing all assigned business relationships.

Candidates should possess a QKA or similar industry certification, a bachelor's degree, and 3-5 years of experience with defined contribution plans and client services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is required, with experience in ASC and/or FT Williams preferred. The role demands strong organizational skills, exceptional client service orientation, teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Experience with defined benefit/cash balance plans and/or QPA certification is a plus.
