Retirement Plan Recordkeeping Associate, (RSG)
The Retirement Plan Recordkeeping Associate at Strongpoint Partners plays a key role in supporting the recordkeeping operations within the Retirement Services Group (RSG). Day-to-day responsibilities include processing participant transactions, maintaining accurate records in the retirement plan system, and assisting with the reconciliation of plan data. The associate will resolve plan-related participant and client inquiries and collaborate regularly with other team members to address any data discrepancies or issues. Timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks is critical to ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and proficiency with data entry and database systems. Prior experience in retirement plan administration, recordkeeping, or a related financial services environment is preferred.
