Revenue Events Sr. Manager
The Revenue Events Senior Manager at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Revenue Enablement & Go-To-Market Excellence team, responsible for orchestrating the company's global Revenue Kick-Off (RKO) event. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere within Brazil, catering exclusively to candidates based in the country. In this capacity, the Senior Manager will independently oversee the entire RKO lifecycle, encompassing initial planning in June and July, executing the main event in March and April, and conducting post-event analysis in May. Beyond the RKO, the role extends to supporting other significant corporate events such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Townhalls, and People Manager calls, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
Ideal candidates should possess a proven track record in planning and executing large-scale corporate events for over 500 attendees, with expertise in both in-person and remote/hybrid formats. The role demands exceptional project management skills, including long-term budgeting, global logistics coordination, and meticulous attention to detail to deliver high-energy and impactful experiences. Strong stakeholder management abilities are essential, with experience collaborating directly with senior leadership, such as the Chief Revenue Officer and Vice Presidents. Fluency in English is mandatory, as language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process.
