RFP Writer

Case IQ is seeking an experienced RFP Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, the RFP Writer will be responsible for drafting, editing, and finalizing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other client inquiries. This includes collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information, tailoring responses to meet client requirements, and ensuring all submissions are accurate, compelling, and submitted within deadlines. The RFP Writer will also maintain a repository of proposal templates and content to streamline future submissions.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in technical writing, with experience in creating detailed and persuasive proposals. Proficiency in understanding complex software solutions and translating technical features into clear, client-friendly language is essential. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are crucial. Experience in the software development or compliance sectors is preferred.
