The Solutions Engineer will be an integral part of the Sales team, responsible for driving the technical success of sales efforts. This remote-first role involves delivering impactful product demonstrations across Case IQ’s suite of solutions and supporting the sales team in acquiring new business. The position requires a consultative, customer-focused approach to refine product presentations and enhance the technical proficiency of the sales team. Occasional travel for client meetings, training sessions, and industry events is expected.

Key responsibilities include conducting tailored product demonstrations to help prospects understand the value and capabilities of Case IQ's solutions, partnering with Account Executives to develop demo strategies aligned with customer pain points and objectives, supporting discovery calls by uncovering technical requirements, serving as a trusted technical advisor to ensure customers understand how Case IQ solutions fit into their workflows, and collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to refine demo narratives and product messaging. The role also involves tracking and assessing demo quality, conversion impact, and customer engagement metrics, acting as a primary point of contact for sales representatives needing demo support, sharing best practices across the sales organization, and collaborating with Sales and Product leadership to build repeatable demo frameworks and playbooks.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years in B2B software sales or solutions engineering, ideally within Compliance, Investigations, or Risk Management sectors. A proven ability to translate complex software capabilities into customer value through consultative demos and discovery sessions is essential. Strong technical acumen across SaaS environments, integrations, and implementation workflows is required, along with excellent presentation and communication skills adaptable to both executive and technical audiences. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset is crucial, with a desire to build and lead a high-performing Solutions Engineering team.
