In this role, the analyst is responsible for processing withdrawals and reviewing Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. They investigate and respond to escalated customer inquiries related to payments and fraud, analyze player activity to identify and report potential fraud or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) concerns, and assist customer service with payment-related issues. Additionally, the analyst manages chargeback disputes, conducts fraud investigations, and maintains accurate records of player account changes in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.
Candidates should possess knowledge of iGaming, sports wagering, payment processing, and various payment methods and providers. Experience in the gambling industry, including familiarity with industry terminology, promotions, and gameplay, is essential. Strong analytical skills for data analysis and fraud detection, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are required. Prior experience in financial services, compliance, or operations is advantageous. Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial.
The compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 to $57,000 USD annually.
