The Risk and Payments Manager at Rush Street Interactive (RSI) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Risk & Payments team, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient processing of financial transactions. This role is integral to safeguarding the business against fraud, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering seamless customer payment experiences. Reporting to the Director of Fraud and Payment Operations, the manager collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize systems, processes, and team performance in alignment with organizational objectives.
