Robotic Engineer

As a Robotics Software Engineer at Hyphen Connect, you will play a pivotal role in designing advanced algorithms and systems to enhance the efficiency of our robotic fleet. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring seamless communication and operation within our cutting-edge automation technologies.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing multi-agent pathfinding algorithms to prevent fleet deadlocks, building low-latency communication protocols for Robot-to-Cloud and Robot-to-Robot data exchange, and developing cloud dashboards for fleet monitoring and teleoperation handoffs.

We are seeking candidates with expertise in distributed systems and IoT protocols such as MQTT, WebRTC, and DDS. Experience with fleet management or warehouse automation software is essential, along with a strong background in operations research and graph algorithms.
