Robotic Engineer

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Robotics Software Engineer to join our innovative team in Seattle, USA. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing advanced algorithms and systems to enhance the efficiency of our robotic fleet, ensuring seamless communication and operation within our cutting-edge automation technologies.

As a Robotics Software Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include designing multi-agent pathfinding (MAPF) algorithms to prevent fleet deadlocks, building low-latency communication protocols for Robot-to-Cloud and Robot-to-Robot data exchange, and developing cloud dashboards for fleet monitoring and teleoperation handoffs.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in distributed systems and IoT protocols such as MQTT, WebRTC, and DDS. Experience with fleet management or warehouse automation software is essential, along with a strong background in operations research and graph algorithms.
