Role Readiness Specialist

In this role, the specialist will conduct training sessions for entry to mid-level front-line sales staff, guiding them through the onboarding process and supporting their progression during the ramp period. Responsibilities include coaching new team members on sales strategies and process adherence, facilitating engaging learning activities, and developing enablement content such as structured slide decks, internal product one-pagers, videos, eLearning experiences, email templates, talking points, role plays, facilitator guides, and sales playbooks. Additionally, the specialist will schedule training sessions and collaborate with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager to align on new onboarding initiatives.
Ideal candidates should have experience in developing and delivering onboarding programs that effectively prepare new hires from the acceptance of their offer through to achieving their first quota. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to create diverse enablement content. A background in sales training or enablement, particularly within a technology or SaaS environment, is highly desirable. Candidates must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
