Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a full-time Runner to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is integral to our daily operations, ensuring efficient mailroom services and facilitating internal logistics. As a Runner, you will coordinate pickups and deliveries within the office, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the daily operations of the mail department, which involves receiving, processing, and organizing all office mail. You will also be tasked with organizing and stocking office supplies, moving and lifting large box deliveries, setting up workstations for new employees, and assisting the HR Manager with office management tasks. Additionally, you may be required to drive to other local offices to deliver mail or supplies as needed.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of mailroom equipment such as copy machines, package tracking software, and postage systems, is essential. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to a personal vehicle are required, with the vehicle insured at all times and maintaining 100/300 Bodily Injury limits. The role demands the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, while kneeling and bending, and a strong knowledge of local roads or the ability to use GPS for deliveries between offices. Candidates should be highly organized, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing workloads in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

The compensation for this role ranges from $17 to $18 per hour. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
