Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a full-time Runner to join their Irvine, California office. This role is integral to the firm's daily operations, ensuring efficient mailroom management and inter-office coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

As a Runner, your primary responsibilities will include managing the daily operations of the mail department, which involves receiving, processing, and organizing all office mail. You will also be tasked with organizing and stocking office supplies, moving and lifting large box deliveries, setting up workstations for new employees, and assisting the HR Manager with office management tasks. Additionally, you may be required to drive to other local offices to deliver mail or supplies as needed.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and possess computer skills, including knowledge of mailroom equipment such as copy machines, package tracking software, and postage systems. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to a vehicle are essential, as the role involves driving to various locations. The vehicle must be insured at all times, with a minimum of 100/300 Bodily Injury limits. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as kneeling and bending. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision are also necessary.

The hourly compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $20 USD. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
