The Runner position at Morgan & Morgan involves managing the mailroom operations and coordinating internal deliveries within the office. Additionally, the Runner may be required to drive to other local offices to deliver mail or supplies as needed.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and have computer skills, including knowledge of mailroom equipment such as copy machines, package tracking software, and postage systems. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to a personal vehicle are essential. The vehicle must be insured with a minimum of 100/300 Bodily Injury limits. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as strong organizational skills to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
