As the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales for EMEA at Mirakl Ads, you will lead and expand our sales operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Mirakl Ads, launched in November 2022, is a self-service retail media platform that empowers retailers to control their ad inventory and enables advertisers to maximize performance. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and growth of Mirakl Ads within the EMEA region.

In this position, you will build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team comprising Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers. Your responsibilities include defining and executing a localized go-to-market strategy aligned with Mirakl's broader objectives, establishing relationships with key decision-makers at VP, EVP, and C-suite levels, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance Mirakl Ads' visibility in the eCommerce and retail media sectors.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven success in software sales, specifically within the retail media industry, and at least 3 years of experience managing a sales team of 10 or more people. A demonstrated track record of driving regional growth for a SaaS company through client acquisition and effective upsell/cross-sell strategies is essential. Strong skills in sales leadership, strategic thinking, C-level relationship building, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments are required.
