RVP Sales EMEA - Mirakl Ads
The Regional Vice President (RVP) Sales EMEA for Mirakl Ads will lead the European sales team, focusing on expanding the adoption of Mirakl's retail media solution. This role involves driving strategic growth initiatives and positioning Mirakl Ads as a leader in the retail media sector.
Key responsibilities include building and inspiring a high-performing sales team comprising Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers. The RVP will define and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with Mirakl's objectives, establish relationships with key decision-makers at VP, EVP, and C-suite levels, and develop strategic partnerships to enhance Mirakl Ads' visibility in the eCommerce and retail media sectors.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven success in software sales, specifically within the retail media industry, and at least 3 years of experience managing a sales team of 10 or more people. A strong track record in driving regional growth for a SaaS company, experience in establishing relationships with senior executives, and fluency in English and French are essential. Proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
