As the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales for EMEA at Mirakl Ads, you will lead and expand our sales operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role involves managing a dynamic team to drive the adoption of Mirakl Ads, a self-service retail media platform that empowers retailers to control their ad inventory and enables advertisers to optimize performance. Mirakl, founded in 2012, is a global leader in marketplace innovation, supporting over 450 marketplaces and a network of more than 100,000 third-party sellers.

In this position, you will be responsible for building, leading, and inspiring a high-performing sales team comprising Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers. Your duties include defining and executing a localized go-to-market strategy aligned with Mirakl's broader EMEA objectives, establishing relationships with key decision-makers at VP, EVP, and C-suite levels, mentoring and developing your team through continuous coaching and training, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance Mirakl Ads' visibility in the eCommerce and retail media sectors.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven success in software sales, specifically within the retail media industry, and at least 3 years of experience managing a sales team of 10 or more people. A demonstrated track record of driving regional growth for a SaaS company through client acquisition and effective upsell/cross-sell strategies is essential. Strong skills in sales leadership, strategic thinking, go-to-market execution, and C-level relationship building are required. Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in French or German considered an advantage.
