The Sales Account Executive is a client-facing outside sales role within Eurofins Built Environment Testing Division, focusing on the Pacific Northwest region, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska. This position involves identifying and managing client accounts and business opportunities to maximize market share and profitability in the environmental analytical services market. The role requires residing in the Seattle, WA, or Portland, OR area, with a primary focus on the Seattle Metro area.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining productive relationships with clients, providing vision and acquiring new accounts to sustain business growth, and identifying opportunities by following up on leads, negotiating, and closing deals. The Account Executive will also serve as a valuable interface between customers and Eurofins, communicating client needs to the internal organization and collaborating with management, operations, technical staff, and project managers.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Sciences or a related field (preferred but not required), a minimum of 2-3 years of progressively successful outside sales experience in a service industry, and 5 years of experience in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) (preferred). Knowledge of the environmental industry, specifically in Asbestos, Lead, Mold, and air testing, is essential. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a valid driver's license. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship is required.

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a generous commission plan. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available for highly qualified candidates.
